Registration fees include all conference materials, attendance at any/all conference sessions, and food and beverage during the conference. The full amount of the registration fee will be used solely to cover the costs of holding the conference. CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations MUST be made in writing and received by February 19, 2007. After this date, no refunds will be issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
